FINANCIAL INTEGRITY had a rich story to tell. The nonprofit organization has a long history of helping people define their relationship with money and take control of their lives by utilizing nine common-sense steps. Our assignment was to bring that story to life on the web and to ensure that the site matched the organization's truth. We produced a wiki to replace outdated and cumbersome tools so that this ardent, committed community could share resources, stories and tips. Key to utilizing wiki technology was to simplify the functionality by customizing the technology to the needs of the organization's members.
